Who we are
Our mission is to inspire and guide people to quickly embrace Jesus and his purposes for their lives.
Pastor Louis du Piesanie was part of a team that planted a church in the Durbanville area in 1996. He met his wife, Pastor Lizette, and they married in 1998. Oakhill Church began in a house on Tara Street, Durbanville. From there, we moved into the Durbanville Townhall, where Pastor Louis was appointed Lead Elder in 2000. Over the next 24 years, through the collective efforts of our dedicated team, we witnessed God’s goodness as He transformed lives, provided funds for our building, and performed miracles in all aspects of people’s lives.
As we look to the future, we trust that God will do more than we could ever ask or imagine. Our best days are ahead, and we eagerly anticipate the many ways God will change lives in the years to come!
